A pretty boring trip to
Publix today. I had to pick up some milk plus a few things for dinner and decided to get the (almost) FREE
Rotel and Toaster Strudels.
- 16 cans of Rotel BOGO 2/1.29 - 8 x 1.00/2 store coupons = .15 each
- 4 boxes of Toaster Strudel BOGO 2/2.49 - 4 x 1.00 off coupons = .25 each
- 8 cans of Chunky Soup BOGO 2/2.39 - 4 x .50/2 doubled = 4 x 1.00 off coupons = .70 each
- 9 cans of Chef Boyardee pasta 1.00 - 3 x .35/3 doubled = 3 x .70/3 = .77 each
- Publix Milk 3.19
- Publix Bread .89
- Publix Salad .99
- 4 cans of Bush chili beans x .93 each
- 2 packs of McCormick chili mix x 1.39 each
- I didn't have coupons for a few of the items above but I did use a $5 off $25 Rite Aid coupon.
- Total $74.36
- My Savings at Publix $58.64
- Out of Pocket Spent $15.72
- I saved 79%
- On another note, I purchased all of this using a $25 Gift Card that I got for transferring an RX that only cost me $4.50.
