This was a great week of shopping! Lots of great deals at Kroger (wait did I just say that? lol) and some deals at Publix although there was not much I needed there this week. I have several months of cheese, crackers, and dishwasher detergent stockpiled and enough free Aleve to last me (an my family members) until the next sale.

Publix 1/28/10

I stopped in Publix for some ground sirloin and milk and lucked up. They had the Aleve that is on sale for 1.97 in stock . . FINALLY! My store also had the Ro-tel blinkies so both items paired with the corresponding Publix coupon = 12 FREE Aleve and 12 FREE Ro-tel + OVERAGE! I had a free product International Delight coupon (from Facebook promotion)

Kroger 1/28/10

I hit the Kroger MEGA sale again this week with some more great Kraft coupons. I bought 12 packs of sliced cheese and 2 blocks of cheese and it triggered 3 of the $2 off your next order (OYNO) Catalina coupons. I'm not sure if it was all from this order or had anything to do with all of the cheese I bought a couple of days ago.

Kroger 1/24/10

I normally don't shop very much at Kroger but today I went TWICE! WOW at the FREE cheese! Just to break it down, pictured above is the following items:
20 packs of cheese
20 single serve mac and cheese cups
12 boxes of dishwasher detergent (almost a year supply)
1 box of crackers
2 bottles of salad dressing
15 bottles of soda

To put this into perspective, I also purchased separately a small bag of candy for my son's teacher for $3.00. $3.00 for a tiny bag of candy or just $8.42 for everything pictured above! That's the power of coupons and "strategic" shopping!

Publix 1/20/10

One last trip to Publix before my ad changes tomorrow. I had 2 more of the $5 off 5 Healthy Choice coupons that stacked with the $1 off 2 Publix coupon and a $5 off $20 Rite Aid coupon = 10 FREE Healthy Choice meals. The overage from Yakisoba noodle coupons helped offset the bagels and the pasta.

I was able to re-stock my canned drinks thanks to the Pepsi buy $20 get $10 ECB this week! I also had a $5 off $20 coupon and there was an overage on the Oust purchase that helped lower my OOP.
